Outlieo is a small operation, and that is deliberate. Here is who is behind it, what he publishes, and why the product works the way it does.
Olayinka Olayokun
Olayinka Olayokun is the founder of Outlieo. He publishes on YouTube and LinkedIn himself, and builds software for solo creators who want a second distribution channel without running a second content workflow.
He works as an independent creator-operator: writing the posts, filming the videos, and shipping the product that produces them. Every part of Outlieo has been used on his own channel before it reached anyone else's.
Why I built it
Outlieo started from a specific frustration. I kept watching capable creators copy the wrong videos, because the videos that looked biggest were simply published by the biggest channels. Change the denominator — judge a video against the channel that made it — and a completely different set of ideas comes into view: ideas that worked because of the packaging rather than because of the audience already attached to them.
The second frustration was my own week. I was doing the research on YouTube and then starting from nothing when it was time to write for LinkedIn. Two platforms, two workflows, one person. Something always got dropped, and it was usually the writing.
So Outlieo is the loop I wanted to exist: find the idea that actually overperformed, understand why, write it in my own voice, film it the same day, and get the week of posts that follow from it. I build it as the person who has to use it on a Monday morning.
I still publish on YouTube and LinkedIn myself, which is the only reason the product knows where the friction really is. When something in Outlieo feels sharp, it is usually because it annoyed me first.
