Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Outlieo. By creating an account or using the platform, the user agrees to be bound by these terms. If the terms are not accepted, the platform should not be used.
Description of service
Outlieo is a content intelligence platform that fetches publicly available data, analyzes it, and generates script and post suggestions using AI. All generated output is provided as a suggestion. The user is responsible for reviewing, editing, and taking ownership of any content that is published.
Eligibility and accounts
Use of Outlieo requires the user to be at least 16 years of age. Each user is limited to one account and is responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under the account. Outlieo must be notified promptly of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
Outlieo may not be used to generate or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, or that infringes the intellectual property rights of others. The platform may not be scraped, reverse-engineered, or accessed through automated means outside the intended interface. Outlieo may not be used to spam, harass, or harm others.
AI-generated content
Scripts and posts produced by Outlieo are AI-generated suggestions. Their accuracy, originality, and fitness for any particular purpose are not guaranteed. The user retains ownership of the content generated through their account and is solely responsible for what is published.
Intellectual property
Outlieo, including its software, branding, and underlying technology, remains the property of its operator. No rights to the platform itself are granted other than the limited right to use the service in accordance with these terms.
Third-party services
Outlieo uses the YouTube Data API v3 and complies with YouTube's Terms of Service. By using Outlieo, the user also agrees to be bound by YouTube's Terms of Service. Other integrated services are governed by their respective terms.
Payment and refunds
Paid subscription payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from Settings, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not offered for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
Termination
Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or removed. A user may delete their account at any time from Settings. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, will continue to apply.
Disclaimer of warranties
Outlieo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. No guarantee is made that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result obtained from its use will be accurate or reliable.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Outlieo and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the platform.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of Outlieo after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
